Terms of use
Last updated October 2026.
Grind City Jobs ("we") is operated by Midsouth Talent Inc. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Free service
Posting and applying are free. We may change or stop the service at any time.
Employers
- Post only real, open jobs at your own business, located in the Midsouth area (TN, MS, AR - see the areas we serve). Staffing agencies, recruiters and job-placement firms may not post.
- Every post must show honest pay and follow employment law, including laws against discrimination. Don't ask applicants for fees, money, bank details or ID numbers.
- Use applicants' information only to consider them for the job they applied to.
- We screen posts automatically and by hand, and we may edit, refuse, hide or remove any post or account at our discretion.
- By posting, you agree that Midsouth Talent Inc may contact you about its staffing services. You're never obligated to use them.
Job seekers
- Give accurate information. Your application is sent to the employer you apply to; what happens next is between you and them.
- If you tick the box to share your application with Midsouth Talent Inc, they may contact you about other jobs. You can ask them to delete your information at any time.
- If you post your resume without applying for a job, it goes to Midsouth Talent Inc's recruiters only. Employers can't search or see resumes on this site. Midsouth Talent Inc may describe your background to an employer without your name or contact details; your name, phone, email and resume file are shared with an employer only when you say yes. Posting a resume doesn't guarantee a job or a call.
No guarantees
Some jobs marked "Listed on Adzuna" come from the Adzuna job search service rather than being posted here. We only show ones that list pay, are in the areas we serve and pass our checks for staffing agencies and scams; you read the full posting and apply on the original listing, under that site's terms.
We check posts but can't guarantee any job, employer or applicant. Grind City Jobs is not the employer of anyone who finds work through the site. The site is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses from using it.
